Syntaxin 7 may be involved in protein trafficking from the plasma membrane to the early endosome (EE) as well as in homotypic fusion of endocytic organelles. Syntaxin 7 mediates the endocytic trafficking from early endosomes to late endosomes and lysosomes [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/O15400].

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
