This kit contains everything necessary to perform an ELISA, with the exception of stop solution. Not recommended for use with bovine targets, as it contains BSA in its blocking and dilution buffers.

Required for blocking unbound portions of ELISA wells to minimize non-specific binding that can occur with the secondary antibody prior to development.

Uniquely treated plate that provides a charged surface upon which a coating antibody (or antigen) can bind non-specifically, hence providing a scaffold for the ELISA to take place.
