You will receive an email with the Subject Line "Password Reset" from noreply@fortislife.com. If you do not receive an email, be sure to check your junk or spam folders.
The link contained in the email will take you to a page on the new Fortis site where you can create a new password. Click on "Update Password".
You will be brought to a page that asks you to sign in.
Click "Sign In" and you will be able to sign in using your email and new password.
