Cyclic immunofluorescent analysis of the tumor microenvironment across human brain cancer subtypes

This study addresses key challenges in tumor microenvironment (TME) research, including tumor heterogeneity and the high cost of advanced spatial profiling technologies. Focusing on brain tumors of glial origin, the approach uses multiplex immunofluorescence on whole tissue sections across varying disease states to enable more representative biomarker analysis.

By integrating imaging data with existing technologies, this workflow offers a scalable and potentially more accessible strategy for advancing biomarker discovery and supporting the development of new therapeutic approaches in neuro-oncology.
