Production Procedures
Goats were immunized with Human Ferritin of liver origin. The antiserum was solid phase adsorbed against human serum to ensure specificity. The serum was fractionated using the octanoic acid method and further purified on DEAE to give an IgG cut.
Total protein was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
