Rabbit anti-ARIP4 Antibody Affinity Purified

Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A302-066A maps to a region between residue 75 and 125 of human androgen receptor-interacting protein 4 (RAD54-like 2) using the numbering given in entry NP_055921.2 (GeneID 23132).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ARIP4 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A302-066A-T maps to a region between residue 75 and 125 of human androgen receptor-interacting protein 4 (RAD54-like 2) using the numbering given in entry NP_055921.2 (GeneID 23132).
Additional Product Information
ARIP4 (androgen-interacting protein 4) was identified in a yeast two-hybrid screen using the human androgen receptor (AR) as bait. It was found to be a member of the SNF2 (sucrose nonfermenting 2) protein family and to have ATPase activity. ARIP4 is able to activate AR-dependent transcription. Targeted inactivation of ARIP4 results in embryonic lethality and reduced growth potential of embryonic fibroblast. These findings indicate an important role in development and proliferation.
Alternate Names
androgen receptor-interacting protein 4; AR interacting protein 4; ARIP4; helicase ARIP4; HSPC325; RAD54-like protein 2; SRISNF2L
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
