Rabbit anti-BNC2 Antibody Affinity Purified

Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-487A maps to a region between residue 350 to 400 of human Zinc finger protein basonuclin-2 using the numbering given in entry Q6ZN30.1 (GeneID 54796).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to BNC2 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-487A-T maps to a region between residue 350 to 400 of human Zinc finger protein basonuclin-2 using the numbering given in entry Q6ZN30.1 (GeneID 54796).
Additional Product Information
basonuclin 2 (BNC2) is a conserved zinc finger protein. BNC2 functions in skin color saturation. Mutations in this gene are associated with facial pigmented spots. The gene is also associated with susceptibility to adolescent idiopathic scoliosis [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 54796)].
Alternate Names
BSN2; zinc finger protein basonuclin-2
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
