Rabbit anti-CKII beta Antibody Affinity Purified

Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-983A maps to a region between residue 100 and 150 of human casein kinase 2, beta using the numbering given in entry NP_001311.3 (GeneID 1460).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CKII beta immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-983A-T maps to a region between residue 100 and 150 of human casein kinase 2, beta using the numbering given in entry NP_001311.3 (GeneID 1460).
Additional Product Information
CKII beta (casein kinase II subunit beta) is the beta subunit of the heterotetrameric kinase, casein kinase II (CKII) which is composed of an alpha subunit, an alpha’ subunit, and two beta subunits. CKII localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi apparatus and is involved in signal transduction and cell cycle progression.
Alternate Names
alternative name: G5a, phosvitin; casein kinase 2, beta polypeptide; Casein kinase II beta subunit; CK II beta; CK2B; CK2N; Ckb1; Ckb2; CSK2B; G5A; phosvitin; protein G5a
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
