Epsin 1 binds to membranes enriched in phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PtdIns(4,5)P2). It modifies membrane curvature and facilitates the formation of clathrin-coated invaginations (By similarity). Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
