Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A300-206A maps to a region in the vicinity of Serine 54 when it is phosphorylated of mouse nMyc using the numbering given in entry AAH49783.1 (GeneID 18109).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
N-Myc is a member of the Myc family of proteins which include c-Myc, N-Myc, and L-Myc. Myc family members are transactivating DNA binding proteins with oncogenic potential. Transactivation by Myc requires dimerization with other basic helix-loop-helix transcription factors. N-myc dimerizes with the MAX transcription factor.
