Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to PRPF4B immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00597 maps to a region between residue 1 and 50 of human PRP4 pre-mRNA processing factor 4 homolog B using the numbering given in entry NP_003904.3 (GeneID 8899).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Applications

Epitope exposure is recommended.

Epitope exposure with citrate buffer will enhance staining.

Likely to work with frozen sections.

In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.
