Rabbit anti-RNF31 Antibody Affinity Purified

Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A303-560A maps to a region between residue 1022 and 1072 of human Ring Finger Protein 31 using the numbering given in entry NP_060469.4 (GeneID 55072).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to RNF31 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A303-560A-T maps to a region between residue 1022 and 1072 of human Ring Finger Protein 31 using the numbering given in entry NP_060469.4 (GeneID 55072).
Additional Product Information
RING finger protein 31 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase component of the LUBAC complex which conjugates linear polyubiquitin chains in a head-to-tail manner to substrates and plays a key role in NF-kappa-B activation and regulation of inflammation. LUBAC conjugates linear polyubiquitin to IKBKG and RIPK1 and is involved in activation of the canonical NF-kappa-B and the JNK signaling pathways [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q96EP0].
Alternate Names
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF31; HOIL-1-interacting protein; HOIP; Paul; RING finger protein 31; RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase RNF31; ZIBRA; zinc in-between-RING-finger ubiquitin-associated domain protein
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
