Rabbit anti-Ronin Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A303-179A-T maps to a region between residue 150 and 200 of human Ronin using the numbering given in entry NP_065190.2 (GeneID 57215).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to Ronin immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
Ronin is also known as THAP domain containing 11 (THAP). Ronin was identified as a candidate pluripotency factor in mouse ES cells. Ronin functions is a sequence-specific DNA-binding factor that represses gene expression in pluripotent ES cells by directly binding to key genetic loci and recruiting epigenetic modifiers.
Alternate Names
CTG-B43a; CTG-B45d; HRIHFB2206; RONIN; THAP domain-containing protein 11
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
