Rabbit anti-RSU1 Antibody Affinity Purified

Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-422A maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human Ras suppressor protein 1 using the numbering given in entry Q15404.3 (GeneID 6251).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to RSU1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-422A-T maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human Ras suppressor protein 1 using the numbering given in entry Q15404.3 (GeneID 6251).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
Ras suppressor protein 1 (RSU1) encodes a protein that is involved in the Ras signal transduction pathway, growth inhibition, and nerve-growth factor induced differentiation processes, as determined in mouse and human cell line studies. In mouse, RSU1 was initially isolated based on its ability to inhibit v-Ras transformation [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 6251)].
Alternate Names
ras suppressor protein 1; ras suppressor protein 1 variant 1; ras suppressor protein 1 variant 2; ras suppressor protein 1 variant 3; ras suppressor protein 1 variant 5; RSP-1; rsu-1
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
