SMARCA3 also known as HLTF (helicase-like transcription factor) has been shown to bind DNA promoter elements and stimulate transcription in cooperation with Sp1and Sp3 transcription factors.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
