Rabbit anti-TAB3 Antibody Affinity Purified

Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A302-207A maps to a region between residue 600 and 650 of human TAK1 binding protein 3 (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 7 interacting protein 3) using the numbering given in entry NP_690000.2 (GeneID 257397).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to TAB3 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A302-207A-T maps to a region between residue 600 and 650 of human TAK1 binding protein 3 (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 7 interacting protein 3) using the numbering given in entry NP_690000.2 (GeneID 257397).
Additional Product Information
TAK1-binding protein 3 (TAB3) is a binding and regulatory subunit of the transforming growth factor-beta-activated kinase 1 (TAK1). TAB3 functions as an adaptor that mediates IL1 and TNF signaling pathways. Additionally it plays a role in the activation of the NF-kappaB pathway by functioning as receptors that bind polyubiquitin chains for the regulation of kinase activity.
Alternate Names
MAP3K7IP3; mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 7 interacting protein 3; Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 7-interacting protein 3; NAP1; NF-kappa-B-activating protein 1; NFkB activating protein 1; TAB-3; TAK1-binding protein 3; TGF-beta activated kinase 1 and MAP3K7 binding protein 3; TGF-beta-activated kinase 1 and MAP3K7-binding protein 3; TGF-beta-activated kinase 1-binding protein 3
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
