Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to THOC5 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00563 maps to a region between residue 25 and 75 of human THO complex 5 using the numbering given in entry NP_003669.4 (GeneID 8563).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
