Eligibility: This Promotion is valid only for direct orders placed through Fortis Life Sciences until December 31, 2025, 11:59 p.m. (Central Time). The Promotion does not apply to orders placed through third-party distributors or resellers.

Scope of Promotion: The promotional discount applies exclusively to catalog antibodies and reagents used within new Antibody Services engagements initiated during the promotion period.

Minimum Purchase: The discount is valid on purchase amounts of a minimum of $200 USD, excluding shipping, handling, and taxes. There is no limit to the number of qualifying orders.

Exclusions: Discounts offered under this Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotional codes and do not apply retroactively to prior purchases.

Availability and Changes: All promotional offers are subject to availability. Fortis Life Sciences reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice. Notice of such changes will be provided on our website or at the point of sale when reasonably practicable.

Standard Terms of Sale: All orders under this Promotion are governed by Fortis Life Sciences’ Sales Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.fortislife.com/sales-terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Sales Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail except as expressly modified herein.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fortis Life Sciences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to this Promotion.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the order is fulfilled or, where applicable, under the governing law stated in the Fortis Life Sciences standard terms.
