Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)Dissolve contents of one capsule in 100 ml deionized water to yield a 0.05 M carbonate-bicarbonate buffer, pH 9.6, at 25 °C. Do not add the gelatin capsule to your solution.
