Product Description
WDR91 (WD repeat-containing 91) contains seven WD repeats and is a member of the WD family of proteins. The WD repeat is defined by four or more repeating units of a conserved core of approximately 40 amino acids ending with tryptophan-aspartic acid (WD). WD repeats may serve as sites of protein-protein interaction for adaptor proteins and facilitate multiprotein complex formation. WD proteins are involved in a variety of cellular processes. The function of WDR91 has not been characterized.

Production & Epitope
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to WDR91 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-563A maps to a region between residue 250 and 300 of human WD repeat domain 91 using the numbering given in entry NP_054868.2 (GeneID 29062).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using an anti-Rabbit IgG Light Chain HRP-conjugated antibody with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)1:500 - 1:2000. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
