Product Description

Cytokeratin 19 is a member of the keratin family. The keratins are intermediate filament proteins responsible for the structural integrity of epithelial cells. Cytokeratin 19 is Involved in the organization of myofibers. Together with Cytokeratin 8, it helps to link the contractile apparatus to dystrophin at the costameres of striated muscle. Production & Epitope

Monoclonal antibody was purified from cell culture supernatant.

Immunogen was human mammary organoids.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots are performed using Goat anti-Mouse IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A90-216P).

Immunocytochemistry (ICC)1:100 to 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE cell sections.
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)1:100 to 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
Western Blot (WB)1:1000
