Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ArfGAP3 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A302-032A-T maps to a region between residue 466 and 516 of human ADP-ribosylation factor GTPase activating protein 3 using the numbering given in entry NP_055385.2 (GeneID 26286).

Additional Product Information

ADP-ribosylation factor GTPase activating protein 3 (ArfGAP3) is a GTPase activating protein that interacts with the GTPase ADP-ribosylation factor (Arf) in Golgi membranes and vesicles. Although they are differentially regulated, ArfGAP3 along with ArfGAP1 and ArfGAP2 has been shown to play an overlapping role in COPI-mediated transport and in the maintenance of Golgi organization.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).

Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
