The Borg family of proteins are also known as CEPs (Cdc effector proteins) and have been shown to act downstream of Cdc42 to influence the assembly of actin filaments and changes in cell shape.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
