BRG1/SMARCA4 is an ATPase subunit of the SWI/SNF-A chromatin remodeling complex (BAF complex). In BAF complexes, BRG1/SMARCA4 has been shown to interact with BRCA1.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
