The epitope recognized by A301-418A maps to a region between residue 150 and 200 of human coiled-coil domain containing 16 using the numbering given in entry NP_443089.3 (GeneID 91603).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
