Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CPSF59 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-360A-T maps to a region between residue 175 and 225 of human cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor 7, 59 kDa subunit using the numbering given in entry NP_079087.2 (GeneID 79869).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Additional Product Information
CPSF59 is the the 59 kDa subunit of the cleavage factor Im complex (CFIm). The CFIm is a heterodimer composed of a 25 kDa (CPSF5) subunit and either the 59 kDa (CPSF7) or 68 kDa (CPSF6) subunit and is essential to the first step of pre-mRNA 3’-end processing. CPSF59 bears an RNA-recognition motif (RRM).
Cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor subunit 7
Alternate Names
CFIm59; cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor 59 kDa subunit; cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor subunit 7; cleavage factor Im complex 59 kDa subunit; CPSF 59 kDa subunit; pre-mRNA cleavage factor I, 59 kDa subunit; pre-mRNA cleavage factor Im 59 kDa subunit
