Rabbit anti-CRSP3 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A300-425A maps to a region between residues 1300 and the C-terminus (residue 1368) of human Cofactor Required for Sp1 transcriptional activation, subunit 3 using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry Q9ULK4 (GeneID 9439).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CRSP3 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A300-425A-T maps to a region between residues 1300 and the C-terminus (residue 1368) of human Cofactor Required for Sp1 transcriptional activation, subunit 3 using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry Q9ULK4 (GeneID 9439).
Additional Product Information
CRSP3 is a subunit of the CRSP (cofactor required for SP1 activation) complex required for efficient transcriptional activation by the SP1 transcription factor. It has also been identified as a component of the mediator complex that bridges nuclear hormone receptors to RNA polymerase II. CRSP3 may also function as a metastasis suppressor through its transcriptional regulation of the metastasis suppressor, KiSS-1.

Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
