Product Description
Cyclin L1 is a member of the serine and arginine-rich family of proteins (SR proteins) which function as regulators of pre-mRNA splicing. Cyclin L2 has been reported to associate with RNA polymerase II and regulates the transcription and RNA processing of apoptosis-related factors, resulting in tumor cell growth inhibition and apoptosis.

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to Cyclin L1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00504 maps to a region between residue 350 and 400 of human cyclin L1 using the numbering given in entry NP_064703.1 (GeneID 57018).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Applications
