DNA Helicase B unwinds duplex DNA with 5'-3' polarity. It has single-strand DNA-dependent ATPase and DNA helicase activities. DNA helicase B prefers ATP and dATP as substrates. Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
