E2F7, along with E2F8, functions as an inhibitor of E2F-dependent transcription that is important for the control of the E2F1-TP53 apoptotic pathway. Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
