Product Description

INT7 is subunit 7 of the integrator complex. The integrator complex is composed of at least 12 subunits and associates with the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II to mediate 3’-end processing of small-nuclear RNAs (snRNAs).

Production & Epitope

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to INT7 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00413 maps to a region between residues 850 and 900 of human INT7 using the numbering given in TrEMBL entry Q9NVH2 (GeneID 25896).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Applications

Epitope exposure is recommended.

Epitope exposure with tris-EDTA pH9.0 buffer will enhance staining.

Likely to work with frozen sections.

In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC)1:100 - 1:500
