The epitope recognized by IHC-00471 maps to a region between residue 550 and the C-terminus (residue 597) of human Lysyl-tRNA Synthetase using the numbering given in entry NP_005539.1 (GeneID 3735).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
