L3MBTL3 [Lethal(3)malignant brain tumor-like protein 3] is a putative Polycomb group (PcG) protein. PcG proteins maintain the transcriptionally repressive state of genes, probably via a modification of chromatin, rendering it heritably changed in its expressibility. L3MBTL3 is required for normal maturation of myeloid progenitor cells [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/9Q96JM7].

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
