Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 28 (p190RhoGEF) Functions as a RHOA-specific guanine nucleotide exchange factor regulating signaling pathways downstream of integrins and growth factor receptors. p190RhoGEF functions in axonal branching, synapse formation and dendritic morphogenesis. p190RhoGEF also functions in focal adhesion formation, cell motility and B-lymphocytes activation. Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
