Recombinant antibody was purified from cell culture supernatant.

Immunogen was a recombinant protein representing the extracellular domain of mouse Platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta (residues 32-530, NP_032835.2).

Platelet derived growth factor receptor beta is a cell surface tyrosine kinase receptor for homodimeric PDGFB and PDGFD and for heterodimers formed by PDGFA and PDGFB. These growth factors are members of the platelet-derived growth factor family and are mitogens for cells of mesenchymal origin. Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
