The epitope recognized by IHC-00381 maps to a region between residues 1200 and 1250 of human Precocious Dissociation of Sisters-5B using the numbering given in entry CAB69911.1 (GeneID 23047).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Pds5B is a cohesin interacting protein. Cohesin functions to hold sister chromatids together during meiosis and mitosis and ensures proper segregation of chromosomes. Pds5B may play a specific role in the stabilization and destabilization of cohesin-mediated cohesion. Pds5B expression has been demonstrated to be androgen-induced and mediate the androgen-induced proliferative arrest of human prostate cells.
