PITX1 has been demonstrated to play a critical role in pituitary organogenesis and can stimulate transcription from most pituitary hormone promoters. PITX1 has also been shown to stimulate the leutinizing hormone (LH)-beta gene promoter and may serve an important role in reproductive gene expression.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
