Production & Epitope

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to POLR3D immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00662 maps to a region between residue 175 and 225 of human DNA-directed RNA polymerase III subunit D using the numbering given in entry NP_001713.2 (GeneID 661).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Applications

Epitope exposure is recommended.

Epitope exposure with citrate buffer will enhance staining.

Likely to work with frozen sections.

In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC)1:100 - 1:500
