Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to RBEL1 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A303-726A maps to a region between residue 525 and 575 of human Rab-like Protein 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_078994.3 (GeneID 55684).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to RBEL1 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A303-726A-T maps to a region between residue 525 and 575 of human Rab-like Protein 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_078994.3 (GeneID 55684).

Additional Product Information

Rab-like protein 1 (RBEL1) is a member of the Ras superfamily of small GTPases. RBEL1 binds to both GTP and GDP and may play a role in cell growth and survival. Overexpression of this gene may play a role in breast cancer tumorigenesis [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 55684)].

RABL6
RAB, member RAS oncogene family like 6
Q3YEC7
Rab-like protein 6

Alternate Names

C9orf86; GTP-binding protein Parf; PARF; partner of ARF; pp8875; putative GTP-binding protein Parf; Rab-like GTP-binding protein 1C; Rab-like protein 1; rab-like protein 6; RBEL1

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).

Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
