Product Description

RBM10 (RNA binding motif protein 10) contains an RNA recognition motif and may play a role in the regulation of apoptosis. RBM10 has high sequence homology to RBM5 and RBM6. The RNA recognition motif is found in a variety of RNA binding proteins that function in RNA processing.

Production & Epitope

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to RBM10 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00544 maps to a region between residue 880 and the C-terminus (residue 930) of human RNA binding motif protein 10 using the numbering given in entry NP_005667.2 (GeneID 8241).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Applications

Epitope exposure is recommended.

Epitope exposure with citrate buffer will enhance staining.

Likely to work with frozen sections.

In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC)1:100 - 1:500
