Production & Epitope

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to SKIV2L2 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00470 maps to a region between residues 100 and 150 of human SuperKiller Viralicidic Activity 2-Like 2 using the numbering given in entry NP_056175.2 (GeneID 23517).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Applications

Epitope exposure is recommended.

Epitope exposure with tris-EDTA pH9.0 buffer will enhance staining.

Likely to work with frozen sections.

In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC)1:100 - 1:500
