Serine/arginine-rich protein 55 (SRp55) is encoded by the SRSF6 gene. SRp55 is involved in mRNA splicing and may play a role in the determination of alternative splicing. SRp55 belongs to the splicing factor SR family and has been shown to bind with and modulate another member of the family, SFRS12 [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 6431)].

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
