Production & Epitope

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to SSB1 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00403 maps to a region between residue 161 and 211 of human single-stranded DNA-binding protein 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_076973.1 (GeneID 79035).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Applications

Epitope exposure is recommended.

Epitope exposure with citrate or tris-EDTA pH9.0 buffer will enhance staining.

Likely to work with frozen sections.

In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC)1:100 - 1:500
