Additional Product Information
TIGIT is a member of the PVR (poliovirus receptor) family of immunoglobin proteins and is expressed on several classes of T cells including follicular B helper T cells (TFH). TIGIT has been shown to bind PVR with high affinity; this binding is thought to assist interactions between TFH and dendritic cells to regulate T cell dependent B cell responses. [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 100043314)].
Alternate Names
T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains; tigit; V-set and transmembrane domain containing 3; V-set and transmembrane domain-containing protein 3; Vstm3
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
