Product Description
TRIM3/BERP is a member of the tripartite motif RBCC/Trim domain family that contains a RING-finger domain, B-boxes, and an alpha-helical coiled-coil region. TRIM3/BERP has been identified as a component of the CART (cytoskeleton-associated recycling or transport) complex which includes actinin-4, hrs, myosin V, and TRIM3/BERP. In this complex TRIM/BERP is involved in the recycling of plasma membrane receptors.

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to TRIM3/BERP immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00243 maps to a region between residue 1 and 50 of human tripartite motif-containing 3 (brain expressed ring finger protein) using the numbering given in entry NP_006449.2 (GeneID 10612).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Applications
