Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to TRIM37 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-174A-T maps to a region between residue 914 and 964 of human tripartite motif-containing 37 using the numbering given in entry NP_056109.1 (GeneID 4591).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
USA
TRIM37 is a member of the tripartite motif RBCC/Trim domain family that contains a RING-finger domain, B-boxes, and an alpha-helical coiled-coil region. TRIM37 is a peroxisomal protein whose function has not been determined. Mutations in TRIM37 result in mulibrey (MUscle, LIver, BRain, and EYes) nanism (‘dwarfism’), a rare autosomal recessive disorder characterized by defects in tissues of mesodermal origin.
