Additional Product Information
WIPF2 is a WASP interacting protein (WIP)-related protein. It has been shown that this protein has a role in the WASP-mediated organization of the actin cytoskeleton and that this protein is a potential link between the activated platelet-derived growth factor receptor and the actin polymerization machinery [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 147179)].
Alternate Names
WAS/WASL-interacting protein family member 2; WASP-binding protein; WASP-interacting protein-related protein; WICH; WIP- and CR16-homologous protein; WIP-related protein; WIRE
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
