ZAK has been shown to activate the stress-activated protein kinase (c-jun N-terminal kinase) pathway and NF-kappaB. It has also been found to be a key mediator of cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and myocardial scars.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
