ZIPK regulates both type I apoptotic and type II autophagic cell deaths signal, depending on the cellular setting [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/O43293].

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
