Rabbit anti-ZKSCAN2 Antibody Affinity Purified

Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A303-246A-T maps to a region between residue 917 and 967 of human Zinc Finger with KRAB and SCAN Domains 2 using the numbering given in entry NP_001012999.3 (GeneID 342357).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZKSCAN2 immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
Zinc finger protein with KRAB and SCAN domains 2 (ZKSCAN2) belongs to the krueppel C2-H2-type zinc finger protein family and contains 6 C2H2-type zinc fingers, one KRAB domain, and one SCAN box domain.. The function of ZKSCAN2 is uncharacterized but likely plays a role in transcriptional regulation.
Alternate Names
zinc finger and SCAN domain containing 31; zinc finger protein 694; zinc finger protein with KRAB and SCAN domains 2; ZNF694; ZSCAN31; ZSCAN34
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
